Mind the People is a small organisational consultancy that has recently finished their research on the purpose of a central participation council, an old organ inside many Dutch companies. As you can read, this is all very technical, so they asked us to create an accessible visual language for their findings. The final part of the publication has a participatory property and has to be flexibel for future changes. This is why we created a system instead of a finished design, just like we would for a brand identity.
